Can anyone give me some recipes or recomend a cook book for someone with lots of allergies?

I have recently found that I cannot have lactose or gluten so it looks like I will reluctantly have to face the horror of learning how to cook! Any help gratefully recieved!Can anyone give me some recipes or recomend a cook book for someone with lots of allergies?
