Different way to cook drumsticks? Any recipes?

Typically, drummers don't appreciate it when you cook their equipment.Different way to cook drumsticks? Any recipes?
Me being a lazy uni student, I've found that the easiest way is to buy pre-made sauces from the supermarket, like Portuguese chilli, black bean sauce, sambal oelek etc.. and just coat the drumsticks with the sauce of your choice + a bit of butter, for a few hours preferably and then chuck it into a 220 deg preheated oven until the skin becomes crisp. Lower the heat to 180 until the drumstick its cooked thoroughly, which is about after 45 minutes. Its really easy and quick!

Another delicious way is to rub the drumstick with a bit of mixed spice powder and butter. And cook it in the oven like above until crispy. Serve with fresh salad and this Vietnamese sauce:

0.25 cup sugar + 0.25 cup warm water

0.25 cup fish sauce

1 teaspoon lemon juice

2 teaspoon finely chopped garlic

1 tablespoon finely grated ginger

chopped chili according to how spicy you want it to be

Just mix them together for the sauce. Leftover sauce can be kept in the fridge. This is my favourite way of cooking drumsticks =)Different way to cook drumsticks? Any recipes?
Instead of hot wings - use the drumsticks

INGREDIENTS:

2 1/2 pounds chicken drumsticks

1/2 cup Frank's庐 REDHOT庐 Cayenne Pepper Sauce

1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted

Blue cheese dressing (optional)

Celery sticks (optional)

DIRECTIONS:

1. Bake drumsticks 45 minutes at 425掳F until fully cooked and crispy, turning over halfway through cook time.

2. Combine Frank's RedHot Sauce and butter in bowl.

3. Toss wings in sauce to coat completely. Serve with blue cheese dressing and celery sticks.
Boil them in water in a deep skillet. When the water evaporates, fill it one more time. This time when the water evaporates and you have about 1/4 inch of water left, add a half stick of butter. Spice to desired flavor. Thats a very common gourmet technique. Get creative with that 1/4 inch of water. Add BBQ sauce, cheese sauce, vegetable and spices, etc. They are cooked perfectly as long as you let the water evaporate twice. The same applies to any cut of chicken.

For best results let the butter start to burn. It will brown the chicken perfectly. You can a 1/4 cup of sugar to add color, texture and flavor but make sure you use two different sugars. It's a science thing. One will burn, two will carmelize.
In a Tandoori sauce overnight in the fridge.

Remove as much of the sauce as you can by hand.

Heat a thick oven going pan with very little oil at the highest possible temperature (before the oil turns brown) for 2 minutes, then place the pan closest to the grill for 6/7 minutes (depending on size). Serve with basmati rice.

In the meantime you can heat the Tandoori mixture and sieve it and serve as an accompanying sauce. Don't forget the mango chutney !

Here is a mexican recipe that I make quite a bit:

Put some olive oil (maybe a cup?), lime juice (maybe a quarter cup?), fresh cilantro (lots), chile powder (maybe a couple teaspoons?), and cumin (maybe a couple teaspoons?) in a bowl, put in the drumsticks, and let marinate. Then grill them.

Boil the excess marinade so you can use it as sauce.

Sorry I don't have the exact measurements. I just know how to make it :P
