What special marmalade recipes should I cook up today for my bear friend, who's 44 today?

Or special foods for bears? for their dinner? What special marmalade recipes should I cook up today for my bear friend, who's 44 today?
I am sure he will give up and try meat for this tasty treat.

Roasted Jack Tyler Durden, imported from Berlin. Note of caution, you will need to prepare a barbecue pit and start roasting him a full 24 hours before carving him up for dinner. Served best with some good dark German Beer, and hot German Potato salad.

or the usual berry kinds are always good
Tangelo and Ginger Marmalade

2kg Tangelos.

1 Lemon.

1 Lime.

50gm Fresh Ginger.

2l Water.

1 1/2kg Sugar.

Wash the fruit well and cut each tangelo into 4 wedges (do not peel). Cut each wedge crosswise into 3mm. slices and transfer to a large bowl, discarding any pips. Repeat with the lemon and lime. Add the 2 litres water to the fruit and cover with plastic wrap. Allow the mixture to stand at room temperature for 12 hours. Transfer the fruit to a large saucepan and add the ginger pieces then bring to the boil and simmer for 1 hour. Add the sugar and stir gently until the sugar dissolves then continue to simmer for a further 1 - 1 1/2 hours or until the mixture is thick and syrupy. To test if the marmalade is ready, drop a teaspoon full into a glass of cold water and leave for 5 minutes. Carefully pour out the water and test the consistency of the remaining marmalade. If the mixture is ready, the marmalade in the glass will have an almost jelly like consistency. If not, continue simmering for a further 30 minutes then test again. Meanwhile, wash 8-10 glass jars and sterilize them by placing them upside down in an oven heated to 180c. for 15 minutes. Divide the hot marmalade between the hot jars then seal and cool. Refrigerate for up to 4 months.
Get a jar from the store and heat it up on the stove. Your bear friend will love it, especially if you take him on a picnic in the woods.

Be sure to put it on his porridge.
How about bitterpuss jelly with rusty nails.
make orange marmalade of course:

behold,

1 c cornstarch

1 tsp lemon flavor

1 tsp orange flavor

2 tbs water

1/2 tsp ginger

1/4 tsp kosher boogers

Enjoy!
^ ^ ^ Only if it comes on a spikey helmet ^ ^ ^
Feed your chickens some citrus fruit. When the mother hen lays an egg, you can say ';Hey, look, orange marmalade.'; Take the orange that mama laid and moosh it up in a mixing bowl. Add sugar and boil. Preserve the glop in a mason jar. Spoon feed it to teddy when he has the fuzzy blues and a hankering for spit and polish -- and just can't bear it anymore.
Well...If Penfold is 44, I'm sure he'll appreciate Creole Lady Marmalade.
