Would prefer puddings, in case you dont know, cook-chill is something that goes in fridge then you reheat it.Anybody know any cook-chill recipes that usually have sauces on?
Well, anything! If you think about it - if it has a sauce on it, and can be re-heated, then....Oh god, stop looking at me like that!
if you can pour custard over it - custard's your sauce
examples, Jam sponge, apple pie, rhubarb crumble, Christmas pudding...
savoury sauces - gravy, parsley sauce, curry sauce, cheese sauce, sweet and sour sauce...examples
Pork balls with Sweet and sour sauce
Roast beef with gravy
fish in parsley sauce

A suet pudding with jam, treacle or chocolate sauce. Make and steam as usual. cool and refrigerate. when required reheat in mircowave for 1 min per serving.
