It's just to hot to start the oven, looking for some new ideas.

Salads, Sandvviches, fruit salad. I hate to start the oven in the summer time so sometimes I just make things in the crockpot, its so simple for me because it doesnt make it hot in your house and then once you put it in and slovv cook it then you can go enjoy your day and then later your dinner is done for you and you dont have to slave over the oven.What's your favorite no-cook summer recipes?
Eclair Cake
INGREDIENTS
2 (3 ounce) packages instant vanilla pudding mix
3 cups milk
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (16 ounce) package chocolate graham crackers
1/4 cup milk
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup white sugar
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
DIRECTIONS
In a large bowl, combine pudding mix and 3 cups milk; mix well. Fold in whipped topping and beat with mixer for 2 minutes.
In a buttered 9x13 inch baking dish, spread a layer of graham crackers on the bottom of the dish.
Spread 1/2 of the pudding mixture over crackers, then top with graham crackers. Spread remaining pudding over crackers; top second pudding layer with another layer of crackers.
To make topping: In a medium saucepan over medium-high heat, combine 1/4 cup milk, cocoa and sugar and allow to boil for 1 minute; remove from heat and add butter and vanilla. Mix well and cool.
Pour sauce over graham cracker layer and refrigerate until set; serve.
Chicken salad:
Buy the caned chicken
grapes, halved
cashews
mayo
mix all together put on roll or croissant

Corn on the grill:
Husk the corn
put in a piece of tinfoil with butter
twist one side of tinfoil in open end put a little water in and twist the open end of tinfoil
put on grill while you cook your steak, burgers, chicken
about 30 minutes
Ceviche-
It has very fresh raw shrimp, chopped tomatoes, cilantro, onion, diced cucumber, clamato juice and lots of lemon juice. Put that on a tostada shell or just tortilla chips, so good on a nice hot summer day.
salads: baby spinach,different lettuces,tomatoes,Bell peppers with smoked turkey breast or salmon with creamy dressings,croutons and herbs!!!
colds soups:cucumber
hearts of palm
gazpacho-cold toamto spup-spanish
fruit kebabs,
easy get some wooden scewers,
add some fruit tht you like, (strawberrys,pineapple,melon,grapes,rasb鈥?ect)
and your good to go :)

A great type of meal that is also excellent for both your mind and body is fresh Sushi, which is raw seafood with sauces.
pasta salads always are good. i tend to also use my steamer and crock pot also in the summer since i dont wanna heat up my already hot house. Good Luck
