You said your two sons are pickey eaters. You can cook them salmon patties and see if they like them. You can fix them rice kispies treats for a snack.
Are you cooking for the Children or cooking the children. I don't understand what you want. Perhaps you will be doing both.
this group will be useful for you :

It depends on what ingredients you have.

Pork and beans is easy. You need a can of beans or ';pork and beans.'; Open the beans carefully with a can opener. Slice a hotdog and place it in a microwavable dish or on a medium heat stove and cook until warm and bubbly.

Quesidillas are easy, too. Take two pieces of taco bread, tortillas. Spread salsa on one. Spread cheese on that, it should be shredded cheese on the other. Don't put too much of either. Put the second tortilla on top of the first. Place between paper towels (2 are enough) and microwave for 90 seconds.

Fruit is good. Cut it up and you can dip it if you like, in peanut butter or something like that. You can also go to www.google.com and put ';children's cooking'; or ';recipes for kids'; in the search engine.

Goodness I hope you're not home alone and I REALLY hope you weren't looking for something else. I assume you mean recipes for children to cook.

Peace.
im not sure what you mean do you want some thing traditional like a pb%26amp;j sandwich (peanut butter and jelly)
