kraftfoods.com, cdkitchen.com %26amp; allrecipes.com are all great resources for easy/quick recipes. I use them all the time, and they have to be easy around here because I'm trying to cook while managing my two toddlers and puppies. one if not all allow you to change the portions and the recipe measurements will be changed for you.
Shepherd's Pie

Brown ground beef with salt, pepper, onion and garlic powders. Drain fat. Pour into a 13x9 casserole. Top with 2 cans of drained corn. You can also use fresh or frozen. Top that with mashed potatoes. Completely cover. Top with shredded cheese and bake until hot. I like ketchup with mine, my husband likes gravy or hot sauce. It makes a lot and tastes great!
